About Us
Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
He has over 6 years of industrial experience including: maintenance on low, medium, and high voltage equipment, applications and troubleshooting of induction and synchronous motors, VFD applications and installations, and relay installation and programming.
In his free time Jeremy enjoys being out-fished by his wife and perfecting his slightly above average brisket recipe.

Experience and Skill Set
Developing asset strategies for electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, switchgears, motor control centers, UPS, protection relays, power generation and distribution systems. Develop, maintain and optimize PM's for electrical infrastructure and equipment.
Skilled in electronic and electromechanical relays, with expertise in analyzing event records, modifying settings, wiring, and implementing protection schemes.
Maintaining the integrity and reliability of all low, medium, and high voltage Electrical Installations, Systems and equipment.
Programming, troubleshooting, and installing Variable Frequency Drives.
Developing detailed procedures for high, medium, and low voltage electrical switching during maintenance tasks.
Utilizing various electrical testing instruments, such as meggers, VLF testers, ultrasound detectors, and DLROs.
Identifying electrical equipment work scopes for unit Turnarounds/outages and providing electrical engineering support in TAs such as developing recommendations for discovery work and technical assistance to maintenance teams during the TA window.

Load Flow Studies
Arc Flash Studies
Transient Motor Starting
Coordination
Execution of 12.5kV switchgear refurbishment.
Facilitating risk-based analysis on electrical equipment failure and impact to facility.
Providing knowledge of various codes and standards, safety rules, laws, regulations, departmental policies, and procedures, governing the design and installation of electrical equipment (such as NFPA 70E and NEC).
